Representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB)

The Landlord and Tenant Board is the administrative tribunal which has the exclusive jurisdiction to determine all applications under the Residential Tenancies Act. D&D Associates Paralegal Professional Corporation has assisted Ontario landlords in all matters before the Board including all eviction applications, defending tenant applications and above guideline rent increase applications.

The decision-making authority of the LTB comes from the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). The Act also includes important information regarding the rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants. A guide to understanding the RTA is available here

AT D&D Associates, we understand that bringing an application before the LTB is a time-sensitive process. Our paralegals will work diligently to avoid preventable delays and see that each file is compliant with the timelines set by the board.
